Welcome to Mastermind Tutors. By booking tutoring sessions or using this website (www.mastermindtutors.co.uk), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Tutoring Services

  • Tutoring is provided by Salma through Mastermind Tutors.

  • Sessions are arranged directly between Salma and the student (or parent/guardian if under 18).

  • Tutoring is offered online or in-person (where agreed).

2. Payments

  • Payment details will be agreed in advance (e.g. per session or block booking).

  • Payment must be made in full before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in sessions being paused until payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged at the full rate.

  • If Salma needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

4. Responsibilities

  • Mastermind Tutors will provide tutoring to the best of Salma’s ability, but cannot guarantee specific exam results or academic outcomes.

  • Students are expected to attend sessions on time and complete any agreed work.

  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising under-18 students during online or in-person sessions.

5. Website Use

  • The content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice.

  • Any links to other websites are provided for convenience; Mastermind Tutors is not responsible for their content.

  • You may not copy or reproduce website content without permission.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Mastermind Tutors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the tutoring services or website use.

  • Liability is limited to the fees paid for the tutoring session(s) concerned.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
